About PetsIQ
PetsIQ is the pet product line of EnjoyGroup Sp. z o.o., a Polish company that has been importing goods from China for European businesses since 2015.
Our story
EnjoyGroup started with custom mascots and plush toys (MascotiQ) and souvenirs (SouveniQ). Year after year our clients asked us for the same thing: help to buy products in China without the risks — reliable factories, inspected goods and imports handled by an EU company.
Pet products became a separate line because pet shops, online sellers and brands faced the same problems: unreliable suppliers, products that differ from samples, and since the GPSR, products that cannot be sold without proper documentation.
Today PetsIQ offers a catalogue of 242 dog and cat products from factories we work with, private label production, sourcing of new products, quality control, EU compliance and delivery across Europe — from our base in Biała Podlaska, on the EU border, where rail freight from China enters the European Union.

No. We are an importer and sourcing partner: our products are made by manufacturers in China that we select, audit and inspect.
