Sourcing agent in China or EU importer?
Typical sourcing agent
Finds suppliers and charges a commission, but you remain the importer: you pay the factory, arrange freight and customs, and you are responsible for compliance in the EU.

How much does sourcing cost?
If you order through us, sourcing is included in the product price. For research-only projects without an order we agree a fixed fee in advance.
Will you tell me the factory name?
For private label projects we work under our contracts with the factories. If you need direct factory contact, we can agree a sourcing-fee model instead.
What if no factory meets my target price?
We tell you honestly and show what is possible at your price — for example a different material or quantity.
Do you source products other than for pets?
Our focus is pet products. For promotional items and souvenirs see our sister brands MascotiQ and SouveniQ.
