Data you provide in forms and emails (name, company, email, phone, message, attached files), data needed to prepare offers and contracts, and technical data about website use (IP address, browser, pages visited) collected through cookies if you consent.

Answering enquiries and preparing offers (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps prior to a contract); performance of contracts and accounting obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c)); website analytics and advertising measurement only with consent (Art. 6(1)(a)); defence of claims (Art. 6(1)(f)).

4. Recipients

Hosting and email providers, Telegram (internal lead notifications), Google (Analytics and Ads, only with consent), accounting and legal advisers, carriers and customs brokers when executing orders. Data may be transferred outside the EEA (e.g. Google, Telegram) on the basis of standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.
