Do I pay import VAT?
No — we import the goods. EU business customers then receive an invoice with reverse charge; Polish customers are invoiced with Polish VAT.
What does DDP mean in your offers?
Delivered Duty Paid: the price includes freight, customs duty and clearance to your address. VAT is shown separately according to your country and status.
Can you deliver directly to Amazon?
Yes, to Amazon FBA warehouses in Germany, Poland and other EU countries, with FBA labels and appointment booking.
Do you ship to the UK and Switzerland?
Yes. We arrange export documents from the EU and delivery with duties prepaid where possible.
