Orders, prices and minimums
Do you sell to private customers?
No. PetsIQ is a B2B importer: we sell to pet shops, online sellers, brands, chains, wholesalers, groomers and vet clinics with a company and VAT number.
What is the minimum order?
Catalogue products can be ordered from the factory minimum shown on each product page — often 10 to 100 pieces. Products with your logo or custom packaging start from about 100 pieces per model. Different products can be combined in one shipment.
How do I get prices?
Send your product list, links or the catalogue items you are interested in. You receive a written offer with delivered prices within 2 working days.
Can I order samples?
Yes. Samples are charged at cost and credited against your first order. They reach the EU in 7–14 days.
What payment terms do you offer?
Usually a 30–50 % deposit and the balance before delivery. Regular partners can agree other terms.
Private label and quality
What is the minimum for private label?
From about 100 pieces per model, depending on the product and branding method.
Do pet products need CE marking?
Only electrical and electronic products (fountains, feeders, electronic toys, clippers). All pet products must meet the GPSR.
Do pet toys need EN 71?
No, EN 71 is for children’s toys. Pet toys must be safe under the GPSR; we can arrange tests on request.
Do you inspect every order?
Yes, every order is inspected before it leaves China and you receive a report with photos.
Shipping, customs and VAT
How long does shipping take?
Rail or sea 25–45 days to Poland, air 7–12 days. Total from order to delivery typically 6–10 weeks.
Do I have to clear customs?
No. We import the goods into the EU and deliver them to you cleared.
Which VAT do I pay?
EU businesses outside Poland receive invoices with reverse charge; Polish companies are invoiced with Polish VAT.
Do you deliver outside the EU?
Yes, to the UK, Switzerland and Norway.
