How ordering pet products from China works with us
Ordering pet products from China through PetsIQ takes six steps. You approve the offer and the samples — everything else is our job.

Enquiry
Send product links, photos, catalogue items or a spreadsheet with quantities and the country of delivery.

Offer
We check prices with our factories or source new ones and send a written offer with delivered prices, minimums, branding options and lead times.

Samples
Samples are consolidated and sent to your address. For private label products you approve a branded pre-production sample.
7–14 days -

Order and production
You confirm the order and pay the deposit. The factories produce; we follow progress and keep you updated.
15–35 days -

Inspection
Our inspector checks quantity, quality, packaging and labels against the approved sample. You receive a report with photos.

Shipping and delivery
Goods are consolidated, shipped by rail, sea or air, cleared in Poland and delivered to your warehouse.

How do I pay?
Usually a deposit when you confirm the order and the balance before delivery from Poland. Terms are stated in each offer.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes, by arrangement. Most clients rely on our inspections and video calls from the factory.
What if the goods are defective?
Defects found at inspection are fixed before shipping. If something is wrong on arrival, report it within 14 days with photos and we resolve it with replacement, credit or refund.
